Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Term	Definition
"Platform"	The fftoto website accessible at https://fftoto.cam, including all associated software, services, features, and content.
"Member" / "Player"	Any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform and has been granted access to fftoto's services.
"Account"	The personal account held by a Member on the Platform, used to access games, place wagers, manage funds, and redeem bonuses.
"Wager" / "Bet"	Any real-money stake placed by a Member on any game, sporting event, or other betting market offered by the Platform.
"Bonus Funds"	Any promotional credit, free spins value, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Member's account in connection with a promotion.
"Real Funds"	Actual money deposited by a Member from their own bank account or e-wallet and held in their fftoto account balance.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under this Agreement before withdrawals are processed.
"IDR" / "Rp"	Indonesian Rupiah — the sole fiat currency accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.
"Wagering Requirement"	The total amount a Member must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
"Intellectual Property"	All trademarks, logos, software code, game content, graphics, text, and other proprietary material owned by or licensed to fftoto.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on the fftoto Platform. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. fftoto reserves the right to demand documentary proof of age at any point, and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the age requirement cannot be satisfactorily verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated for the benefit of players in Indonesia and other permitted jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing the Platform and placing wagers is lawful in your country or territory of residence. fftoto does not provide legal advice and does not warrant that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction. You access the Platform entirely at your own risk and legal responsibility.

2.3 Restricted Persons. You are not eligible to register or use the Platform if you are: (a) under 21 years of age; (b) resident in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute; (c) an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of fftoto or any of its affiliated software providers; (d) subject to self-exclusion, a court-imposed gambling ban, or any other restriction preventing legal participation in online gaming.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether under different names, email addresses, or payment details, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds, including winnings.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money games and betting markets on fftoto, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active mobile phone number.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. fftoto will never request your password via Live Chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Details. You must keep your registered account information up to date at all times. Changes to your registered name, bank account details, or contact information must be submitted to our support team with appropriate supporting documentation. Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent time constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Mandatory Verification. fftoto is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any other time we deem appropriate — we require you to complete our KYC verification process. This is a mandatory anti-fraud and responsible gaming measure, not an optional procedure.

4.2 Documents Required. Satisfactory verification typically requires submission of the following:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), showing your full name, photograph, and date of birth. Alternatively, a valid Indonesian passport is accepted.
• Proof of Address: A recent bank statement, utility bill, or government-issued document (dated within the past 90 days) confirming your residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A real-time photograph of you holding your identity document, clearly showing both your face and the document details simultaneously.
• Source of Funds: For high-value accounts or where required by our risk assessment procedures, documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of funds deposited to the Platform.

4.3 Verification Timeline. fftoto aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Complex cases may require up to 7 business days. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC is fully approved.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. fftoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian banking and payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp50,000. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp100,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and VIP tier and are displayed at the time of transaction. High-roller limits are available for Diamond and Black Diamond VIP members by arrangement with a dedicated account manager.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC approval. VIP members at Gold tier and above benefit from expedited processing. Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday–Sunday) are typically processed within 5–120 minutes depending on your VIP tier. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next available business period.

5.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited. Deposits may only be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Payments made on your behalf by a third party will be returned and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5.5 Transaction Integrity. fftoto reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC, resolution of any active disputes, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. We will communicate the reason for any withdrawal delay to the affected Member within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by fftoto are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page in addition to these General Terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any withdrawal can be made. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, a standard Wagering Requirement of 25x (the sum of Bonus Funds plus qualifying deposit) applies. Wagers placed on certain games may contribute at reduced rates toward fulfillment of the Wagering Requirement, as set out in the relevant promotion page.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated free spins expire within 7 calendar days of being credited to your account unless a different expiry period is stated on the relevant promotion page. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.

6.4 Welcome Bonus. The fftoto Welcome Bonus is available to new Members on their first qualifying deposit only. A maximum of one Welcome Bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Accounts found to be abusing the Welcome Bonus through collusion, duplicate registrations, or other fraudulent means will be permanently closed and all associated winnings forfeited.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. fftoto reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus Funds where we reasonably suspect that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; exploiting low-edge games to satisfy Wagering Requirements at minimal risk; placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or with other operators; or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of our promotional terms.

6.6 Promotional Changes. fftoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any Bonus Funds already credited to your account at the time of such modification will continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Availability. fftoto offers a broad range of gaming and betting products including sports betting (including bandar bola — football betting markets — covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and more), live casino tables, slot games, crash games, and other entertainment categories. The availability of specific games or markets may be restricted in certain jurisdictions or withdrawn from the Platform at any time at fftoto's sole discretion.

7.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by fftoto. We reserve the right to decline, void, or limit any wager without providing a reason. This includes but is not limited to wagers that exceed our published maximum stake limits, wagers placed on markets affected by manifest pricing errors, or wagers where we have reason to suspect suspicious betting patterns.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, fftoto will investigate and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include voiding the affected wager and returning the stake to your account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a demonstrable technical malfunction will not be honored.

7.4 Collusion and Fraud. Any form of collusion between players, use of bots or automated software, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited. fftoto employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and cooperates with third-party security providers to identify irregular activity. Accounts found to be engaged in any fraudulent activity will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market prior to placing a wager. Limits may differ by game type, VIP tier, and market conditions.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Our Commitment. fftoto is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a comprehensive suite of self-management tools accessible directly from your account settings, enabling you to maintain full control over your gaming activity at all times.

8.2 Self-Limitation Tools. The following tools are available to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts or be logged out after a specified duration of continuous gameplay.
• Wager Limits: Set a maximum stake amount per single bet across all product categories.
• Timeout / Cool-Off: Suspend your account voluntarily for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a timeout your account cannot be accessed and you will not receive marketing communications.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 3 months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

8.3 Age Verification. We strictly enforce our 21+ age policy. All Members must complete KYC verification before withdrawals are permitted. We conduct random additional age checks at any time and will immediately suspend accounts where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the fftoto Platform — including but not limited to the fftoto brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and multimedia content — is the exclusive property of fftoto or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our express prior written consent.

9.3 Prohibited Activities. You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used by the Platform; (b) use any data-scraping, crawling, or automated retrieval tool against the Platform; (c) remove any copyright or proprietary notices from Platform content; or (d) attempt to circumvent any access-control or security mechanism implemented on the Platform.

10. Privacy

10.1 fftoto's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

10.2 We collect and process personal data solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, completing KYC verification, preventing fraud, and — where you have provided explicit consent — delivering promotional communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability. fftoto provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest heavily in infrastructure reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from temporary unavailability, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or third-party service outages.

11.2 Wagering Losses. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a natural and foreseeable outcome. fftoto accepts no liability whatsoever for gambling losses incurred by Members during use of the Platform, provided those losses arose from fair game outcomes consistent with the stated rules and RTPs of the relevant products.

11.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fftoto's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Indirect Losses. Under no circumstances will fftoto be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if fftoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by Member. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email. Pending withdrawal requests must be resolved before account closure is finalized. Any Real Funds remaining in your balance at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method following satisfactory KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by fftoto. fftoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of any term of this Agreement; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (c) provision of false information during registration or KYC; (d) threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behavior toward Platform staff; (e) operating multiple accounts; or (f) any other reason that fftoto deems, in its reasonable discretion, to justify termination.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, fftoto reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, forfeit any winnings derived from Bonus Funds, and withhold Real Funds pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, verified Real Funds will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Governing Law

13.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fftoto holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

13.2 You acknowledge that fftoto operates as an offshore international gaming platform. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws of Indonesia or any other jurisdiction in which you reside or access the Platform. fftoto makes no representation that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction and expressly disclaims any liability arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where it may be restricted.

14. Amendments

14.1 fftoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email to the address held on file and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.1.
